Einige der Arbeiten entfalten sich in großformatigen Kompositionen, deren visuelle Sprache an das Kino erinnert.

Jinhee Kim is currently featured in the exhibition “Young Korean Artists 2025” at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) in Gwacheon.

This group exhibition brings together a new generation of Korean artists who are actively shaping the future of contemporary art.

For the show, Kim presents a new series of works that quietly explore the emotional landscapes of everyday life. Her paintings focus on intimate, often overlooked gestures — silent moments that unfold into subtle visual dramas.

Some of the pieces take shape in large-scale compositions whose visual language evokes the atmosphere of cinema.
