Das Stipendium wird vom EIB-Institut als Teil der EIB-Gruppe (Europäische Investitionsbank und Europäischer Investitionsfonds) ausgerichtet, um soziale, künstlerische, kulturelle und akademische Initiativen mit europäischen Interessengruppen und der breiten Öffentlichkeit zu fördern und zu unterstützen. Eine seiner Vorzeigeinitiativen ist das Artists Development Programme (ADP).

The scholarship is hosted by the EIB Institute as part of the EIB Group (European Investment Bank and European Investment Fund) to promote and support social, artistic, cultural and academic initiatives with European stakeholders and the general public.
